These caramelized peaches are brushed with a cinnamon infused brown butter, sprinkled with brown sugar and grilled until perfectly tender and caramelized.
STEP 2: Place butter inside sauce pan and heat until butter begins to turn a light amber color. There will be small brown specks on the bottom of the pan and a very nutty fragrance. Stir in cinnamon.
STEP 5: Flip peaches over and sprinkle brown sugar mixture on top. Drizzle with additional brown butter and cook until sugar melts and becomes a shiny glaze.
