Apple Crumble Cheesecake

This apple crumble cheesecake is combines a buttery graham cracker crust filled with a creamy brown sugar cheesecake. It's then layered with cinnamon apples, crispy oat crumble, and rich caramel sauce.

STEP 1:  Beat cream cheese and sugars on high speed for 2 minutes.

STEP 2:  Add sour cream and vanilla extract. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Then, add in eggs, one at a time on low speed. Mix just until combined.

STEP 3:  Pour cheesecake batter inside pre baked graham cracker crust.  Bake for 70 minutes inside water bath.

STEP 4:  Once baked, chill cheesecake inside the refrigerator overnight.

STEP 5:  Combine apples with butter, cinnamon, and sugar.  Cook for 5 minutes until slightly soft.

STEP 6:  For crumble, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and oats in a medium bowl. Cut the butter using a pastry cutter or fork until crumbly.  Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

STEP 7:  Top cheesecake with apple pie mixture and sprinkle crumble over apples.  Drizzle with homemade caramel sauce.
