Brown Butter Caramelized Peaches

These caramelized peaches  are brushed with a cinnamon infused brown butter, sprinkled with brown sugar and grilled until perfectly tender and caramelized.

STEP 1:  Using a sharp knife, cut peaches in half and remove pits.

STEP 2:  Place butter inside sauce pan and heat until butter begins to turn a light amber color.  There will be small brown specks on the bottom of the pan and a very nutty fragrance.  Stir in cinnamon.

STEP 3:  Brush cinnamon brown butter on cut sides of peaches, as well as over the skin.

STEP 4:  Heat grill pan and spray with nonstick spray.  Place peaches cut side down.  Cook for 3 minutes until you have dark grill marks.

STEP 5:  Flip peaches over and sprinkle brown sugar mixture on top.  Drizzle with additional brown butter and cook until sugar melts and becomes a shiny glaze.

STEP 6:  Place peaches on to a platter.  Top with vanilla ice cream and crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.  Serve immediately.
