Cinnamon Rolls with Oreos

Cinnamon Rolls with Oreos boast a soft and fluffy texture, complemented by a rich, gooey center infused with chocolatey Oreo goodness.

STEP 1:  Combine ingredients for dough, then knead for 5 minutes.  Place the kneaded dough inside a greased bowl and lightly cover it with a kitchen towel.

STEP 2:  Allow the dough to rise in a warm spot for one hour.

STEP 3:  Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a 14x18 rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.  Evenly spread the filling all the way to the edges of the dough.

STEP 4:  Sprinkle the Oreo pieces over the dough.

STEP 5:  With a pizza cutter, divide the dough into 12 strips, each about 1 ½" wide. Roll each strip away from you.

STEP 6:  Place each roll into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.  Then, cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm spot until they double in size.

STEP 7:  Pour heavy cream over the rolls and bake the rolls for 20-22 minutes until they are lightly golden brown on top.

STEP 8: Then, spread the glaze on top of the warm rolls. Finish by adding extra pieces of crushed Oreos on top.
