Hawaiian Roll  Breakfast Sliders

These Hawaiian roll breakfast sliders are piled high with buttery eggs, crispy applewood bacon, layers of cheddar cheese, and brushed with a simple honey butter.

STEP 1:  Combine eggs, milk, ½ cup cheese, salt and pepper. Whisk together. Cook on low heat until eggs are fluffy, but still slightly wet.

STEP 2:  Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.  Place 1 cup of cheddar cheese onto the bottom portion of the rolls.

STEP 3:  Top with scrambled eggs. Then, cut bacon into bite size pieces and spread evenly on top of the eggs.

STEP 4:  Next, add 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Add the top half of the Hawaiian rolls.

STEP 5:  Brush the top of the rolls with the honey butter. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

STEP 6:  Cover loosely with foil. Bake inside a 350℉ oven for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden brown.

STEP 7:  As soon as they're finished baking, serve them up on a wooden platter and dig in!
