Peanut Butter  Acai Bowl

This thick and creamy peanut butter acai bowl is loaded with fruit and a surprise ingredient, peanut butter.  This smoothie bowl is topped with delicious fresh fruit, granola, more peanut butter and drizzled with honey.

STEP 1:  Place acai puree, frozen bananas, berries, peanut butter, honey and oat milk inside blender.

STEP 2:  Turn blender on high speed and puree until smooth.

STEP 3:  Pour into two separate bowls and spread evenly with back of spoon or spatula.  Garnish with fresh berries, cherries and Mickey shaped dragon fruit.

STEP 4:  Add some crunchy peanut butter granola for texture.

STEP 5:  To add more protein, spread some smooth peanut butter in the center of the bowl.

STEP 6:  For a little bit of extra sweetness, drizzle honey on top of fruit and granola.  Serve immediately.
