STEP 1:  Place butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.

STEP 2:  Next, incorporate the eggs and vanilla and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Then, scrape down the sides of the bowl.

STEP 3:  With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the dry ingredients. Mix just until incorporated.

STEP 4:  Use a large ice cream scoop to scoop the cookie dough. Place your thumb in the center of cookie dough to create an indentation.
