Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies

These peanut butter Nutella cookies have all the ingredients we love in a traditional peanut butter cookie, but with the addition of chocolate chips and swirls of delicious Nutella spread in each bite.

STEP 1:  In a large bowl, combine softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar.  Beat for 2 minutes.

STEP 2:  Next, add eggs one at a time, followed by the peanut butter and vanilla extract.  Mix for an additional 2 minutes.

STEP 3:  Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.  Mix just until combined.  Fold in mini chocolate chips.

STEP 4:  Spoon Nutella onto cookie dough.

STEP 5:  Using a sharp knife, swirl Nutella into cookie dough.  Do not over mix.  Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

STEP 6:  Scoop cookies onto sheet pan.  Place 6-8 cookies per sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

STEP 7.  Pull cookies from oven and add small dollops of Nutella on top.  Swirl with a toothpick.  Let cool completely before eating.
