Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting

Extra moist and perfectly spiced pumpkin bread with cream cheese frosting. It's the perfect treat to enjoy on a cool fall morning with a cup of a tea.

STEP 1:  Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl.

STEP 2:  Combine eggs, oil, water, sugar and vanilla extract.

STEP 3:  Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients.  Stir until smooth.  Add pumpkin puree.  Mix just until combined.

STEP 4:  Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan.

STEP 5:  Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.  Let cool at room temperature before frosting.

STEP 6:  Whip cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.  Spread over cooled pumpkin bread.

STEP 7:  Dust lightly with ground cinnamon.  Decorate with piped Mickey buttercream pumpkins for a magical touch.
