This iced strawberry matcha latte is the perfect drink to sip on as the temperatures begin to climb. Homemade strawberry sweet cream, macerated strawberries, vanilla syrup are all stirred together with matcha tea. Serve this delicious sweet drink over ice and enjoy it all summer long.
Place sliced strawberries inside bowl. Add vanilla syrup and toss to coat. Let strawberries sit for 5-10 minutes to help draw out the natural sugars from the strawberries.
In a small bowl, sift in matcha powder. Pour in hot water and blend with a whisk until frothy on top. You can also use a frother if you have one. Stir in honey or vanilla syrup. Set aside to cool.
In a blender, add strawberries, along with syrup and any juice. Add heavy cream and milk. Blend for 15-20 seconds until creamy and slightly thickened.
Take glass and fill with ice. Pour in milk and add matcha tea. Top the matcha latte with the strawberry sweet cream. Lightly dust with matcha powder and serve with fresh strawberries (optional.)

Feel free to use store-bought vanilla syrup or any other liquid sweetener, such as honey or agave. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
