Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowl

Indulge in a flavorful Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowl, topped with crisp veggies and smothered in a creamy ranch dressing and zesty homemade buffalo sauce.

STEP 1:  To make dressing, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Then, season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 30-60 minutes.

STEP 2:  Cut chicken breast into small bite-size pieces, then season with seasoning blend.

STEP 3:  Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and stir in diced chicken.  Allow it to brown on one side, without stirring to achieve a nice sear. Then, flip the chicken and cook until browned on the other side and fully cooked.

STEP 4:  Combine all the ingredients for the buffalo sauce. Once the chicken is done, spoon the desired amount of prepared sauce over it and stir until evenly coated

STEP 5:  Once the rice and chicken are ready, assemble your bowls by layering the rice and greens on the bottom.

STEP 6:  Then, top with veggies, cooked chicken, tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles.
