This simple to make 4 ingredient guacamole is the perfect Halloween inspired appetizer. Ripe avocados, smashed together with grated garlic, fresh squeezed lime juice, and chopped cilantro. It's then shaped into a not so scary witch and served with warm tortilla chips.
Slice avocados in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a medium size bowl.
Use a fork to mash the avocados to desired consistency.
Peel garlic and use a microplane to finely grate into the mashed avocados.
Slice limes into quarters, leaving the center untouched. You will get so much more juice by slicing the lime this way. Next, squeeze lime juice into avocado mixture.
Wash and pick cilantro leaves. Using a sharp knife, finely chop cilantro. Then add to avocados.
Stir ingredients together and season with salt. Serve immediately.
